Life Through Football

What We Do

Group Sessions

Our group sessions are capped at a maximum of 10 children per
session, where we incorporate both small-sided games amongst various technical-related exercises to develop the child’s mastery of the ball, striking and dribbling abilities, and coordination with and without the football. It’s a fantastic environment for football repetition and realism all in one!

Individual Sessions

Our 1-on-1 sessions are designed to specifically assist each child with what they need most, whether that be physically,
technically/tactically, psychologically, or mentally. This is our opportunity to hone in on the individual to work on any specific points for development along with improving on their already existing strengths. Still working on improving all footballing fundamentals, this is our tailored approach.

Street Football Days

Our philosophy is centred around children enjoying playing the beautiful game. Our street football days are FREE games that we setup for people aged 6+ of all ability levels to come and enjoy playing. Just the ball, 2 even teams, and freedom.
To give back to the community and allow young children the freedom to play games against people of all ages and abilities, LTFA is committing to bringing a street football day at least 2 times per term to our
community.

Holiday Camps

Every school holidays, LTFA will host at least 1-2 school holiday
camps. In our holiday camps which typically take place from 9am-3pm across 2 separate days, children will be exposed to various football drills to develop their football and interpersonal skills through small-sided games, structured practices, and agility work, all in a fun and enjoyable environment. It also includes a special guest appearance from our affiliate sprint coach, who will help children develop their speed.

Tournaments

LTFA participates in structured tournaments to give our students the opportunity to compete in a more formal environment, testing their footballing abilities and teamwork in a competitive landscape. Tournaments are an invaluable experience for our students as they develop as both young players and people.

Tours

Our tours are an exciting opportunity for people in our community to experience football’s beauty in its entirety abroad. LTFA’s next tour will take place in September 2026 in the UK. 12 days of stadium tours, top-level training with Tier 1 English clubs, experiencing live games, and soaking up an incredible experience, it’s a tour you want to be a part of.
